For example, I was able to add: command: -p 80Īnd can now access the netdata/netdata container with just instead of having to use (or deal with port-mapping solutions). I'd like each application to listen on port 80, allowing easy access from any browser (on the local LAN) with just the hostname. So instead of listening on port 8080, 9090, 8989, etc. One thing I'd like is to access services that normally run on "non-standard" ports on port 80 by changing the docker-compose config. (This avoids NAT and port-mapping, allows me to use IPv6, I can assign static IPs with names in dnsmasq's hosts file, etc.) I'm setting up the docker infrastructure on my home server and am using macvlan networking for every container.
